  • Can I take pictures in your dresses?
Yes, we do allow photography in the boutique to help you decide.
  • How many people can I bring?
We are a small cozy boutique, so we ask to bring no more than TWO or THREE guests including yourself who are going to give you the best advice to help you choose your dress. No children or prams allowed.
  • How long will my appointment be?
We allow 1hour appointments between 10am and 6pm - last appointment is 5pm.
  • Can I have something unique and personal for me?
Every brides' dress is made to order and we also offer couture made-to-measure dresses. We can also add any other personal touches. Please enquire by sending us a message here or calling us on 02079354242. The best way to find out about all our custom work is to book a consultation appointment with us.
  • What if you don't have the dress I want to try in store?
Some designers offer a loan sample service and will send us samples of dresses we don't have. They usually send us a UK8 or a UK14. If you would like to take advantage of this service, note that not all designers or dresses are available and there is a shipping charge that is redeemable when you place an order on the day of the appointment.
  • How long in advance should I order my dress?
We suggest 9 months is usually the right amount of time to leave before ordering a wedding dress according to your wedding date, if your wedding is abroad then it would be your leaving date. Designers can take up to 6 months to make and ship the dress. Then we normally need 10 to 12 weeks to give you a stress-free fitting process.
  • What if I don't have enough time to order a new dress?
We have a large range of sample dresses that can be purchased if you don't have long until the big day. Some designers offer rush orders so we can get your dress here for a shorter time window, at an extra cost. We also get free stock reports from a few of our designers, so we can see if the dress you love is in stock and available to be sent ASAP.
  • I found my dream-dress what is the payment process?
We ask for 50% of the full price when you order the dress. The balance will then need to be paid at your first fitting. With sample dresses we ask for the full price of the dress when you buy it.
  • I bought my dress what is the fitting process?
When your dress comes in we will give you a call to book your 1st fitting. The number of fittings you have will depend on the amount of alterations that need to be made. If you have gone for made-to-measure and your measurements haven't changed you may only need the one fitting. If you have a standard size dress that needs alterations or need any design changes you may have up to three fittings. We do fittings on Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.00am to 5.00pm. Please note all balances and alterations must be paid on your first fitting otherwise it delays alterations to be carried out. If you live outside of London and it is easier for you to have fittings closer to you, you can pick up your dress when it has been delivered or we can ship it to you if you live outside the UK, note that there will be a shipping charge for this service.
  • What if I'm not a standard size?
If you're not a standard size we offer a made-to-measure service from some of our designers. We will take all your measurements, including height, and send them to the designer, so your dress is made to fit you perfectly. The cost of this service varies from designer to designer but any extra alterations needed, due to weight loss or gain*, after the dress comes in, are covered by the made-to-measure cost. *Allowing certain limitations - certain designers will have limited seam allowance. If you have gone for made to measure additional alterations would be chargeable.
